The JAG Students from NISH are hosting a 5K Run, Walk, Talk, Food Drive to assist several needy families with food for the Holiday.

The run will be held in New Iberia City Park on Saturday, November 27^th and in lieu of our regular entry fee, the cost will be five (5) Non-Perishable Food Items like: can goods, rice, beans, flour, breakfast foods, etc. We will also accept drinks, six-packs, 12, packs, or larger. Please no single items, a bag of chips, a can of soft drink, or a can good. Registration form can be found here. Print and bring it with you the day of the event.

Partnering schools are Westgate High School, Anderson Middle, Belle Place Middle, andIberia Middle Schools.

The food collected during the Turkey Trot and the period between the 27^th of November and the 16^th of December will be distributed on December 18^th 2021.
